Weekly Tips From Alex

Hey there!

Get ready for some exciting ideas and inspiration to help you be more productive and creative.

Feel free to forward this to your friends.

As a content creator I always try to create the best content I can. And since I have a 9-5 job and am doing another side hustle, I don’t always have the time every day to post on Twitter. That’s why I’ve been searching for a tool that can help me do this.

And, because I don't want to waste your time, let’s get started!

This is my process:

  1. I create my tweets and threads in Notion

  2. When I finish, I recreate it in the scheduling tool

  3. Since I was using a free version of Hypefury, I had to create draft tweets and every 2 days I would schedule them

  4. The tweet gets posted and I update the fields in Notion again

This lead to me forgetting to schedule the tweets and not being consistent. There was another problem, I was constantly frustrated and wanted to find an easier way.

So when I was scrolling on Twitter I found a tweet where a person mentioned Queue as a Twitter scheduling tool, so I decided to give it a try.

Turns out, it was exactly what I needed all this time. Why?

Because you can do everything from Notion!!!

When you install Queue on your browser/app, you'll just get one database. That one database allows you to create your tweets and just set the date when you want it to get published. Isn't it amazing!?

They've also included all the necessary views, so that you can schedule and view your tweets with ease.

My favorite is the Calendar view, I set it to weekly view and I just plan, write, and schedule an entire week in advance.

That's all for today, see ya next week!
